Rangers 1 - 1 Aberdeen
Kick Off:    Deans       Yorston 39.

Venue: Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow
Unbeaten In Last Seven Matches
Aberdeen's reserve team put up a grand display at Ibrox Park, where they divided two goals with Rangers "A.' The Pittodrie 'A" team are unbeaten in their last seven games.

With the aid of the wind Aberdeen had slightly the better of the exchanges at the start, and David was prominent. A great shot Galloway grazed the bar, and Dawson saved from Yorston.
In another Aberdeen raid a penalty was given against Hamilton, but Dawson cleverly saved Hill's spot kick.
Sustained pressure by the visitors was rewarded when Yorston scored, six minutes from the interval.
Coubrough and Murray both came within an ace of equalising before the interval.

It was Rangers' turn to press in the second period, but they lacked a marksman. The exchanges, were keen, but the football was not so exciting as in the first half.
Except for an occasional breakaway, Aberdeen were kept mostly on the defensive, but it was near the end before Deans, with a brilliant shot from twenty-five yards' range, got the equaliser.
