ABERDEEN PLAYER AS COACH IN NORWAY.
Another ex-Pittodrie player has joined the ranks of British coaches to Norwegian football clubs. The latest is John Wyllie, the well-known Aberdeen centre-half and captain. Wyllie has received an engagement with the Ready Club, Christiania, and will journey to Norway in a few days' time, along with Donald Colman, who is now assisting Dumbarton. Wyllie, who should make an excellent coach, has a long and wide experience of the game. He joined Aberdeen from Clyde in season 1909-10, and except for a short spell with Bradford City in 1912, was identified with Pittodrie until the end of last season. This year he has occasionally assisted Fraserburgh.
