EXCITING FARE |
 |
The game at Pittodrie on Wednesday was fought out at a fast pace and there were many exciting incidents at both ends. The Dons had the pull in the first half but were made to play second fiddle after the interval to a fast moving Hibs side that could not be grudged their equalising goal. The interchanging of the visiting forwards and half-backs was very smart and caught our defence on the wrong foot on many occasions. The Dons are out of the League Cup race for another year but the players would be the first to admit that they could have saved at least one point in the present series that might have made all the difference.
