Victory For Aberdeen 'A' |
 |
In a Scottish Alliance fixture at Pittodrie, Aberdeen reserves beat Hearts reserves by 3 goals to 2. There were about 8000 spectators. At a comparatively early stage in the game, Aberdeen held a lead of two goals, both scored by Spalding, a new centre-forward secured from Bonnyrigg Rose. Before the interval, Williamson levelled the scores, and the teams crossed over on equal terms, in the second half Dick got the winning goal for Aberdeen.
