Murray's Level Best For Fraserburgh

Aberdeen had to content themselves with a draw in their latest friendly against Highland League opposition when they shared four goals with Fraserburgh at Bellslea Park.
The main value of the game, however, was the opportunity it offered for players who, for one reason or another, had been on the sidelines to get in some match practice. These included Michael Watt, Martin Hick, Graham Watson, Derek Reeley, Colin Milne and Roy Aitken. Gary Smith and Scott Thomson were involved in the build-up which saw Graeme Ferguson open the scoring with a deflected shot, but slackness in the young Dons' defence enabled Fraserburgh to equalise before the interval.
The Highland League side rocked the visitors by going ahead early in the second half and after an Aitken try was foiled by the crossbar, Aberdeen scorned a couple of chances before Andy Roddie equalised, putting an individualistic finishing touch to a move involving Hugh Robertson and Ferguson.
