Aberdeen Under 18 side kept up the good work in the Youth League with a 1-0 victory over their Dundee counterparts at Cove, where a strong wind and pitch conditions combined to make good football difficult. The Pittodrie colts created one or two chances in a goalless first half and it was the 80th minute before the decisive goal arrived when Chris Clark had a shot blocked by the Dundee keeper and Calum Bett followed up to find the net with a header. Derek Young had a chance to increase the home lead, but his spot kick was saved by the keeper.
