Aberdeen's 100% start to the season continued when they met Kilmarnock. The Dons opened the scoring when Mark Perry set up Scott Michie for an easy goal in 39 minutes. This was after David Preece had kept the scores levels
making a remarkable double save touching a McGowne free kick on to the bar and showing good reflexes to stop Reilly scoring from the rebound.
The Dons, who had been on top for most of the game, sealed the points when Calum Bett was brought down in the box and Andy Dow scored with a penalty in the 72nd minute.
