Curran Kept Hibs

ONE of the best games seen at Pittodrie this season. That was the verdict on the meeting between Aberdten "A" and Hibs "A," which resulted in a win for the young Dons by the odd goal in three.

The home team were very sprightly in the first half, in which they played fast, clever and entertaining football. They were worthy of their interval lead of to goals, scored by Stenhouse and Smith.
In the second half, however, there was no doubting the visitors' superiority. They got a penalty goal, taken by Waldie, and, but for the brilliance of Curran in the Aberdeen goal, might well have equalised. His exhibition was the highlight of the game.
Roy was the better Aberdeen back. The halves worked vigorously, with Robb outstanding. In attack, Williams took the honours.
