young dons storm through

The Dons U18 side stormed into the next round of the SFA Youth Cup when they defeated Dundee United 6 - 1 at Tannadice. United actually opened the scoring before goals from Kidd, Michie and Duncan gave the Dons a 3-1 lead at halftime. Scott Michie completed his hat-trick after the restart with two more goals, before Calum McHattie completed the rout to make it six. Coach Drew Jarvie was unreserved in his praise for the young Dons. "A 1st class performance, every man played their part and they were even unlucky to lose the first goal against the run of play".
