In a game that was won and lost early in the first half, there was a lot of good football at Pittodrie and the spectators seemed to find the match interesting to the eery end. There was again much comment over throwing the hall by Reggie Morrison as opposed to the more orthodox method of clearing the ball. Doubtless this is a topic that will lead to many interesting discussions.
Dons Well Supported
The crowd last Saturday was somewhat smaller than expected but whatthey lacked in numbers, the spectators made up for in enthusiasm. The Dons got every encouragement and we feel that if this continues, players and spectators are in for an enjoyable season at Pittodrie.
Freak Goals
George Mulhall, despite his long rail journey, was in his usual effervescent mood and althouch he didn't get much of the ball in the first half, his display was to the liking of the crowd. His two goals were of the unexpected variety and were relished by the spectators.
