Three and easy for young Dons
Aberdeen U19 side had a comfortable victory at Balgownie this afternoon seeing off Dunfermline 3-0. The Dons were always in control of the game and Tarditi opened the scoring in the first half when he converted a Foster corner to give the home side a 1-0 lead. Despite continuing to dominate the match it took two late goals to seal the victory.
Stewart grabbed the second following a great run and cross by McInnes and Considine wrapped up the points with a header in off the bar following a late Foster corner kick. Manager Neil Cooper was pleased with the outcome and told Redweb, "The boys showed great attitude today and kept the work rate up for ninety minutes. It was a deserved victory and it was good to score a few goals in the process."
