Heart of Midlothian 0 - 1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen Ul 19s also had a very good 1-0 win in Edinburgh. The win was even more impressive considering the Dons were without captain Jonathan Crawford and experienced players Nicky Clark, Peter Pawlett and Rogvi Holm. The only goal of the game came after 35 minutes. Callum McRobbie was played through and he did really well to play the ball across the face of the goal for Mitchel Megginson who came in at the back post and scored. In an open and even game both teams had good chances. Gilli Sorensen, who had another fine game, missed a chance but at the other end Scott Bain in goal for Aberdeen had an excellent afternoon. He had two or three good saves and at the end had one superb block to stop Hearts from equalising.
