Another Win For Aberdeen 'A'

A second Aberdeen "A" team took Highland League points from Citadel at Inverness by 3 goals to 1. All the goals were scored by Forbes operating at centre forward. He gave his side the lead after twelve minutes and the visitors were superior until near the interval when Citadel rallied, Cunningham was frequently called upon. Forbes increased the Aberdeen lead shortly after the interval, and completed his hat-trick from a penalty awarded against a defender for "hands." Near the close R. Mackenzie counted for Citadel, but Aberdeen were easy winners. The visitors were best served by Davidson, Moore, A. J. M. Edwards, and Forbes. Citadel's best were Fraser, J. McDonald, F. Murray, and Lamb.
