THE Young Dons gave an unimpressive display in sharing the points with Dundee in their "C" Division match at Pittodrie on Saturday.

It was a poor game in which defences were on top throughout. After the interval Aberdeen put more life into their work, but lacked a general in attack.
Watson gave a fine display in the home goal. He was ably supported by McKeown, Roy and Stenhouse. Best of the forwards were Muir and Gauld.
Dundee's most effective players were Steadward, Spark, Beaton, Ewen and Court.
The best goal of the match came from Bobby Ancell, who crashed a thirty-yard free kick into the roof of the net.
Ewen got the visitors' other counter, and Aberdeen's goals were scored by Smith and Gauld.
