Strong Dons Team Win At Peterhead

In an Aberdeen and District League fixture at Recreation Park, Peterhead, yesterday, Aberdeen defeated the locals by three goals to one. Aberdeen were early dangerous, and after pressure, Wilson shot wide. Peterhead retaliated and a shot by Wyness was diverted for a fruitless corner. Peterhead played well, but Aberdeen were superior, and shortly before the interval Merrie scored.
Peterhead appeared to tire in the second half, and were confined mostly to their own territory. Aberdeen increased their lead through Wilson, and Love brought the total to three. Wyness scored for Peterhead.
