Partick Thistle A and Aberdeen A played off their postponed Scottish Alliance game at Firhill yesterday afternoon.
Play was quiet at the start, the players finding difficulty in keeping their feet. The Aberdeen forwards seemed disjointed and seldom caused the Thistle any worry.
Thistle opened the scoring through Hunter. Following this, a penalty for hands was awarded Thistle, but McGlllivray's shot was wide. Ten minutes from the interval Aberdeen equalised, David netting from a corner.
The second half was fought out at much faster pace, and goals ran several narrow escapes, but there was no further scoring..
