Young Dons' Fine Form At Dens Park

Aberdeen "A " scored a convincing three-goal victory over a strong Dundee reserve team, which included Gilmour, McCarthy, and Campbell of the first team, at Dens Park yesterday afternoon.
Facing a stiff breeze in the first half, the Dons gave as much as they got, and at the interval led by two goals, scored by Stewart and Smith.
Both goals were of the lucky order, 'keeper Murray being badly at fault on each occasion. Dundee did most of the attacking, and forced numerous corners, but were kept out by a sturdy defence.
The visitors never lost their command of the game after the interval, and went further ahead through Burke.

Brilliant Save.

Cumming saved brilliantly from Campbell in the closing minutes.
Donald was the outstanding member of a strong Aberdeen team, Dickie and Smith constituted the most dangerous wing on the field, all the goals being engineered by the outside man.
Cumming, Legge, Robertson, and Oliphant also took the eye.
The home lot were poor all round, with Gilmour, McCarthy, and OcHare the best.
