Aberdeen Reserves Score In Closing Minutes
Aberdeen "A" and St Mirren "A" played a drawn game at Pittodrie Park on Saturday before some 7000 spectators.

Aberdeen were conspicuous with fast raids in the opening exchanges, but apart from two Adam shots, the visiting custodian was seldom troubled.
Pole was prominent on the visitors' left wing, and from one of his crosses Pyper shot wide from easy position.
With half an hour gone ST Mirren took the lead, Smith scoring with a fast ground shot which Cummings might have saved.
Thereafter Aberdeen applied pressure, and Kenny was continuously in action until the interval.

Aberdeen rearranged their attack in the second half, Dickie going to inside-left, with Beattie at centre-forward. St Mirren was mainly kept on the defensive, but the home forwards, clever enough in the outfield, were inept at close quarters.
In a home raid Baird handled in the penalty area, but Kenny saved Ballantyne's spot kick.
Aberdeen crowded on all sail in the closing stages, and when only half a minute remained for play Warnock headed the equalising goal from McMeekin's corner kick.
