Greg joined the Dons on a season long loan deal in the summer of 2019, with an option for Aberdeen to buy his contract at the end of the season. Unfortunately injury and the Covid-19 pandemic interfered with Greg's great start at Pittodrie and he returned to his parent club, NAC Breda.
On 5th October 2020 it as announced that Greg had rejoined Aberdeen on a short term contract to January 2021, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This was taken up and on 7th January it was confirmed that the deal was extended to the end of the current season.
