Celtic Go Nap at Pittodrie |
 |
The Dons league campaign got off to the worst possible start as Celtic ran riot
at Pittodrie, with a scoreline that in no way flattered the visitors. Goals from
Larsson and Viduka (2) had the Bhoys in easy street by the break and when Eoin
Jess saw his 46th minute spot kick saved by Gould, you knew it just
wasn't going to be the Dons day.
Larsson added number four with a penalty and with a couple of minutes remaining,
substitute Burchill completed the rout with a left foot drive to leave new
boss Ebbe Skovdahl in no doubt as to the magnitude of the task facing him.
