Muirhead strike earns draw

The Dons U21 side returned from McDiarmid Park with a point following a 1-1 draw with St. Johnstone. The Saints took the lead in 29 minutes through Malone, but Aberdeen levelled 7 minutes later when a Scott Muirhead (pictured) free kick swung into the box and ended up in the net after a spot of confusion in the St. Johnstone defence. The match saw Darren Mackie complete another 90 minutes of football as he continues his fightback from injury.
