Dons lose out at Forfar

A second half goal from Gary Fraser after 58 minutes gave Forfar a narrow win over a disappointing Dons team at Station Park in Alan Rattray's testimonial. Aberdeen played well in the first half but did not take any of their chances. The SPL side in the second half put in a poor performance.

The one bright note for the Pittodrie side was that Karim Touzani played for over an hour and came through unscathed. He was replaced by Mark Thomas after 65 minutes. It is the Dutchman's first appearance for Aberdeen since the Motherwell game on Saturday 12th August.
