Under Northern League auspices, Aberdeen reserves were at Crieff, and shared in a drawn game with the Morrisonians, each side of gaining two goals. The game was fast throughout, and some good play was witnessed. Aberdeen early took the lead through McIntosh, who later hit the upright with a meritorious effort. After smart play by the home right, Crerar equalised, and at the interval each side had scored once.
Early in the second half, Aberdeen were awarded a penalty, and McIntosh scored. Aberdeen held the upper hand for a time, but ultimately the Morrisonians improved, and Crerar equalised.
