Aberdeen A Beaten

Under Scottish Alliance auspices, Aberdeen A were again on the losing side, Hibernian A beating them at Easter Road by 3 goals to 1. In a keenly contested first half each side scored once - Gordon for the Hibs, and Connon for Aberdeen A. After the interval the play ruled greatly in favour of the home, team, and but for splendid goalkeeping by Lawrie their victory must have been even more decisive. Cairns and Hogg rounded off the scoring. On the Aberdeen side the defence was shaky, and there was a lack of combination among the forwards.
