On Saturday night John Moore, one of Aberdeen's reserve half-backs was transferred to Crystal Palace. Moore played at centre half for the "A" team at Tynecastle on Saturday afternoon. He joined Aberdeen from Victoria, the Scottish Junior Cup holders, near the close of last season, and has made four appearances for the league team this year.Source: Press & Journal, 7th December 1925
